TRINIDAD and Tobago will get things started again when the Women?s Pan American Volleyball Cup continues today in Peru. The six-time Caribbean champions will tackle Canada in the earliest match of the tournament at 2 p.m., while Chile will face Dominican Republic two hours later and Cuba will come up against Peru at 6 p.m. in the other Group B matches. Colombia will oppose United States, Argentina will tackle Venezuela and Mexico will do battle with Puerto Rico in two-hour intervals from 3 p.m. in Group A. T&T opposed defending champions Dominican Republic in the first match of the tournament yesterday, but details were unavailable at press time. The Caribbean girls will also be up first (3 p.m.) on Tuesday and Wednesday against Chile and Cuba, respectively, but will close the programme at 7 p.m. Monday against Peru. The two group winners will move straight into Saturday night?s semifinals, while the second and third-placed teams will do battle in the quarterfinals the night before.
